Your Shady Window Lady, LLC is a natural outgrowth of Zehava’s and Sam’s partnership in life.  When they married in 2010, Sam involved Zehava in all facets of Verticals & Horizontals, Inc., his window treatment business of 25 years with clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.  Sam and Zehava collaborated on the choice of blinds, shades, and top treatments for clients, as well as on marketing and customer service.  Where Sam focused V&H on residential and small business clients, Zehava wanted to expand the business to New York and to include government contracts and large commercial clients.  YSWL was born!  While Zehava directs and shapes YSWL, Sam provides invaluable advice and support in this venture.  Zehava and Sam look forward to many more happy, healthy, and profitable years together.

 

By the way, our clients chuckle at our business name.  Why Your Shady Window Lady?  Sam suggested the name as a humorous play on words by calling a lawyer (Zehava) a shady lady – hence, shady refers both to shades and lawyering.  The name stuck (although Zehava is an honest attorney.)
